MAX International School is thrilled to announce the appointment of two highly qualified and experienced educators to our leadership team since November.

Ms. Yukari Mori has been appointed as the new Director of MAX International School. With a wealth of experience in early childhood education, both domestically and internationally, Ms. Mori brings a unique perspective to our school. Having lived and raised a family in the UK, she possesses a deep understanding of early years education in English-speaking countries. Her extensive experience working at various international schools across Japan, coupled with her time at a Japanese public elementary school, provides her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities in English language learning within the Japanese educational system.

Ms. Jessica Haynie has been appointed as the new Principal of MAX International School. With a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Alabama and specialized training in English phonics and reading education, Ms. Haynie brings 15 years of international experience from the U.S., Thailand, and Japan. Her commitment to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment is evident in her approach to education, which emphasizes the importance of early literacy development through reading. As Principal, Ms. Haynie will lead the development of our curriculum and educational framework, ensuring that our students receive a world-class education that aligns with the highest international standards.
